Mango Launches Mango Style Club, a New Loyalty Program

The brand's renewed loyalty program features three tiers of exclusive benefits.

Mango has launched the Mango Style Club, its new loyalty program, which is now operational in Spain and France. The club, which currently has over 15 million members, will be gradually expanded to other key markets in the coming months.

The program is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its customer focus and uses the brand concept "Craft Your Own Story."

"Our goal is to assist customers in creating their unique style through services and benefits that extend beyond fashion," said Ignacio Hoyos, Customer Director at Mango.

This initiative is an evolution of the Mango Likes You program, which launched in 2019.

How the Club Operates

The Mango Style Club is based on a points and levels system. Customers start at the first level upon registration and can accumulate points through purchases and other actions to advance to new levels and unlock benefits.

The program features three loyalty levels:

  1. Style Insider: Benefits at this entry level include a birthday surprise, participation in private sales with member-only prices, and access to private prize draws.
  2. Style Curator: This second level adds benefits such as a gift cheque, early access to new collections and selected capsules, and collaborations with partner brands in sectors like cosmetics, wellness, and lingerie.
  3. Style Icon: The highest level provides a more exclusive experience, including access to brand-organized events (both in-person and online) focusing on fashion, creativity, gastronomy, and wellness.
