Shipping Fees

US Standard Shipping Cost

  • Standard orders=$9.99

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add to standard shipping fees:

  • Under $100 = $16.99
  • Over $101 = $21.99

Shipping to Puerto Rico add to standard shipping fees:

  • Under $100 = $16.99
  • Over $101 = $21.99

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All orders will ship the next business day. You will receive your order in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holiday) from the date your order was placed. Standard shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (add the correct cost to shipping fees)

Expedited Shipping-Unfortunately we are presently unable to offer expedited shipping but we are working on it and hope to restore the option soon!

For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

  • Three business days via UPS: Under $100 = $15.99; Over $101 = $18.99
  • Next business day via UPS: Under $100 = $29.99; Over $101 = $36.99
  • For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 12pm ET. UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.


Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from Your Account. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


International Shipping:

Through International Checkout, we are pleased to provide a seamless shipping platform for our customers. International shoppers will now get the opportunity to shop APARTSTYLE in their local currencies and ship to their international locations at cost-effective rates.


Simply place the items you wish to purchase in your APARTSTYLE shopping cart (‘My Closet’) and choose the "International Checkout" option. PLEASE NOTE, international shoppers will be charged a $9.99 flat rate in addition to standard international shipping costs & fees from International Checkout.


How it Works:

  1. When you are ready to make your purchase, proceed to ‘My Closet’ and select International Checkout. Your shopping cart will be automatically transferred to International checkout for processing.
  2. International Checkout places your order on your behalf. All payments for shipping, goods, taxes and duties will be made through International Checkout using the payment information provided by you. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
  3. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service requests. International Checkout receives and inspects the merchandise, prepares all required documentation, and ships to the customers international location.
  4. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com. All returns/exchanges must be communicated and processed through International Checkout.

Payments

If your item is sold out we will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that APART promotion codes are not stackable, unless specifically indicated by APARTSTYLE customer service; promotion codes cannot be used on sale items.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order from apartstyle.com. For all items, eligible for an exchange or refund we'll assist you if received within 30 days after the purchase date. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus the shipping and handling. The items must be returned in good condition, unworn in their original boxes (whenever possible), and with all tags, paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for items purchased directly at apartstyle.com No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days from the purchase date. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on final sales merchandise.

FINAL SALES: All sales of jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.


Adjustments

Request for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it marked down within 7 days from purchase (without any use of promotional codes).


Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of purchase at 1-877-263-4443. Please be prepared to supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Apartstyle.com will make every possible effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.


How to Return an Item

  1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition and unworn, to ensure credit.
  2. Download and fill out our Returns and Exchanges form (available here) Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the form.
  3. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-263-4443 prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue, via email:
    • A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.
    • A pre-addressed return label
  4. Write the Return Number on the Returns and Exchange Form right below your order number.
  5. Affix the pre-addressed return label to your packaging.
  6. Give the package to a UPS driver or take it to a UPS drop-off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
  7. No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. You will be charged a return fee of $7.99 upon receipt of your return.
  8. Please note, unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. Contact our Customer Service Specialists to receive your RMA number.

Return Address

Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, using the pre-addressed return labeled emailed to you by our Customer Service Specialist. Please read How to Return an Item for more information.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • A credit will be issued (in the same form of payment originally used for the purchased) as soon as we receive and process your return.
  • Please allow up to one billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.


Returning a Gift

If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can either credit your APARTSTYLE account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.


Return Confirmation Email

When we have received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 30 business days.


Gift Certificates

APARTSTYLE gift certificates can be purchased by clicking on the Gift Certificate link at the footer of every page on APARTSTYLE and can be enjoyed at any time.

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.

The recipient must have an email and web access in order to receive and redeem their Gift certificates.

The recipient's e-mail address is required during the checkout process so that we can e-mail the Gift Certificate code and instructions along with your personalized message.

Gift Certificates are e-mailed 2-4 hours after submitting your order and can be used only for online shopping at APARTSTYLE

How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate

  • Go to www.apartstyle.com
  • Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to the basket
  • Go through the checkout process until you get to the ORDER SUMMARY page
  • Click on the Redeem a Gift Certificate button and copy the gift certificate claim code exactly as shown in your Gift Certificate email.
  • Click continue. This will apply the gift certificate value to your balance.
  • If the value of the order is higher than the value of the gift certificate, you will need to pay the difference using a debit/credit card.
  • If the value of your order is lower than the value of the gift certificate, the balance will be added to your account with APARTSTYLE (store credit) and you can use it on future visits.

Please note: if you forget to apply your gift certificate to the current order and have paid with other means than a gift certificate, we will be unable to retroactively apply the value of the gift certificate to offset the cost of your purchase.


Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be redeemed only at APARTSTYLE.COM

Recipients of Gift Certificates must have email and access to the web in order to receive and redeem their Gift Certificate.

When you purchase a Gift Certificate with APARTSTYLE, we will automatically send the recipient an e-mail within 24 hours, including the Gift Certificate code and instructions for use on APARTSTYLE. To redeem the gift certificate, simply click the REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE button in the Order Summary page and enter the code in the appropriate field. The amount of the Gift Certificate will automatically be applied to the balance of the order. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order. If any online store credit is available to the recipient, then the store credit will automatically be applied first.

Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates or store Gift Certificates


Gift Certificates Expiration

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.


Returning Gift Certificates

Gift certificates that have already been sent but that have not yet been redeemed can be returned to the original purchaser credit card.

Gift Certificates can only be returned within 30 days from the date of issue.

The Gift Certificate is automatically canceled upon the return.

Please note: we cannot recall a Gift Certificate email after it has been sent.


Recovering and/or Resending Gift Certificates

Call our customer service department and we will resend the redemption code for the Gift Certificate to the original recipient address. If you sent the Gift Certificate to the wrong recipient address, please call us immediately. Our representatives will only be able to resend your Gift Certificate to a different recipient if it has not yet been redeemed.
